colon hydrotherapy
bsoz_03 asked:

I have some friends who started doing colon hydrotherapy (irrigation) and swear by it. But I can find no scientific studies that have analyzed whether or not it actually helps people. Any guidance?

well if you’re gonna become dependent on scientific studies and not from testimonies or personal experience, we’re wasting our time sharing our results.

forget scientific studies, despite their authority, I’m gonna believe in what I’ve experienced and from what I knowâ—™

well no I know of any scientific studies, but science doesn’t even wanna recognize alternative therapies for healing. I can’t agree if scientific studies are out that prove or try to prove in favor of this process.

Hi, I completely agree with your friends, colonic irrigation and enemas have been around for almost ever, try it, you’ll like it.
