colon hydrotherapy
mauikittie asked:

What are your experiences? What are the negitives and the postives?
Is it better just to cleanse?
Do you have to fast? or do a detox cleanse can you talk me through the process? I really appreciate all experienced answers. Thanks in advance.

Just sounds like and expensive way to say “enema” (Fleets is used by our local hospital for the new mothers to make sure they are in running order before they are discharged) A little prune juice mixed with orange juice, tastes good and you get the bonus vitamins and minerals. I like to work on the front end 🙂 It eventually works its way to the rear end.

This type of therapy is used to help the individual get rid of the waste he is not being able to naturally and also clean his rectum/anus,by which method it also detoxifies the body of the bad gasses stored in the body .it is good to get one self an enema once in a year to keep the bottom clean .You can also get rid of the same trash by drinking warm water and doing a bit of exercise or squats which will help the body to develop enough pressure to get rid of the same toxins naturally.Try which ever suits you .Best of luck .
