Hi, I’ve had many colonics and felt great after each one. Yes I would do it again, and recommend it for everybody. The speculum that they insert is small and does not hurt at all. It is a very comfortable procedure, and you are in and out in about an hour. If you have any questions, feel free to Email me.

I assume you mean a colonic as opposed to an enema bag that you do at home. (I have done both.) In rare occasions, people have negative reactions to a colonic. I heard of one woman who had a spastic colon and had to be hospitalized after having a colonic. There a similar cases that you can google if you like. However, maybe you just want to cleanse and don’t have a medical issue with your colon. In that case, you will probably be fine.

I have had about 10 colonics in the course of about 2 years. I always felt great after a colonic, but 1 or 2 days later I was back to feeling “normal,” whatever that is. I felt somewhat disillusioned with colonics, like it was a temporary “fix” or even a temporary “high” with no lasting health benefits.

So use your intuition. If it feels like the right thing to do, go for it.
