colon hydrotherapy
I Block Stupid People asked:

Was it uncomfortable for you at all?

Please don’t answer if you haven’t been to a session before, I can google the pros and cons (and have), I’m looking for experience-based answers.

I personally have not, but I know someone who did.It was a bit uncomfortable at first (there is something very strange about the feeling that you are going to the bathroom but you are supposed to lay down and relax…lol) but they said it did not hurt and they felt so much “cleaner” afterwards.

I am going to give it a shot when I get the money. It is more effective than colon cleaners and enemas.

I have done several sessions and it is so worthwhile and beneficial for the body.. we hold so man toxins etc in the bowel and this treatment, helps flush those out, helps relieve congestions and helps hydrate the body as some of the water is absorbed as well.

It’s a good idea to research therapists and you can even ask them if you can talk to a couple of their clients to see how it was for them.. Tell them you are new to the process etc.

As in a lot of professions, care does vary from one colon hydrotherapist to another, so your experience may be different with one than another.

It can occasionally be a little uncomfortable for some people (not all), but a good colon hydrotherapist will gently guide you through, and it will be a good experience.
My therapist is a pro and she massages my abdomen; I get to just lay there and chit-chat while we are going through the process–it’s wonderful! Maybe you can find one like that..

Anyway, all the best, it’s worth it. Research all the benefits and find a good therapist.
