What are the benefits of colon hydrotherapy?

Posted by: Webmaster   in Colon Hydrotherapy

colon hydrotherapy
smartypants asked: Are there any risks? Is it recommended by traditional docs?
Response: There are indeed some risks associated with colonics but they are all in relation to the level of education and training that the therapist has. If your therapist isnt thoroughly trained she could stretch your colon making it actually harder for you to have a bowel movement. But if you ask the questions outlined in the article posted on this website titled “Choosing a Therapist” you will be able to ask the right questions and avoid risks that can happen with colon therapy if done incorrectly.

Nothing, I think it cleanes out vital bacteria that help you digest your food properly to gain its nutrients. Its just a fad some gay people are trying to promote

Response: There are actually some that beleive that vital bacteria only dwell within the small intestine, not the colon which is what a colonhydrotherapy treatment cleans out. I personally have made a professional decision not to charge clients for additives of vital bacteria at the end of thier colonics because the first thing that happens to each and every client after a colonic ( 99% of the time ) is that they void the contents of thier bowel in the restroom after they leave. I beleive that the body removes feces when a colonic is preformed and any bacteria that may go with it was most likely more than should be present at any given time anyway as is the story with the waste that is removed. Colonics are gentle and dont force anything to be removed- I have seen many people healed from bowel issues and a myriad of other issues related to toxins by doing colonics and making other small changes. I am not going to fix something that isnt broken. I do recommend probiotics for a lot of people. However, those are taken orally and are intended to colonize the small intestine- again not cleaned out by a colon hydrotherapy session.

It is not recommended by most doctors. Your kidneys, in a compliacted dance with your hypothalmus, have a very delicate way of controling how much water you retain.

Response: I agree, colonics are not recommended by most doctors. However, most doctors also recommend things every day that are later recalled by the FDA and later at the center of a class action lawsuit. I do have several doctors, naturopathic physicians, physical therapists, nurses, osteopaths and the like who have sent clients to me that they beleive would benefit from colonics. And I have seen that thier recommendations were absolutely valid. The clients they send to me honestly needed colonics mroe than anything else and these wise and seasoned professionals knew so.
I also agree that the kidneys have a delicate and important role. However, colonics and even drinking a lot of water ( within reason of course ) isnt something the kidneys cannot adapt to. I personally drink 1 to 2 gallons of water a day- and my kidneys have never been happier. My colon reaps the benefits and my skin and energy levels are an outward sign of a person who is well hydrated and has a healthy digestive system. Thank you for your comment!! Angie 🙂

There is the obvious risk of physical damage if the procedure is not carried out by professionals. Read and decide for yourself.

Response: I agree with Nikkers!! Thank you for your comment! Angie

Traditional docs won’t recommend it because they would rather keep you sick, keep you on useless toxic meds, and keep you coming back. Colon hydrotherapy is AMAZING. I started going a few years ago, and the first time I was worried that it was going to be gross-it wasnt at all. It was actually pleasant. I passed stuff that I had not eaten in weeks! (corn is easily identified) I also passed many clearly visable parasites! Now, I only go a couple of times a year. My bowel habits before therapy was only going once every other day. Now, I go after every meal, which is how it should be. I highly recommend it.

Response: As a colon therapist I hear this ( and see this ) kind of testimony all of the time. If you go to a reputable therapist who can adequately explain why you need to do colonics and can also preform a safe and effective treatment ( AND get you to a place where you dont need her all the time, mind you- you dont need to do 3 colonics a week for the rest of your life guys! Colon therapists who push this are either harming your body or just deceiving you to keep busy in the office ) will do more good for you than any doctor. You will know what to expect and be amazed by all of the other benefits of colon hydrotherapy.
