Know of any good natural ways to detox the body?

lately i have been feeling sluggish and lazy. i used to exercise and now i just do not have the energy. i hear these can be symptoms that it is time to detox. never have before so any advice or plans will help thank you.

Drink lots of water. Sit in a sauna if possible and take a lot of vitamins.

water, water, water. or there are remedies that the celebrities use to detox their systems, some takes weeks. look online for detox

drink lots of water, and eat healthy(fruits like blueberries are amazing), i’d also get into the habbit of exercising again. I am a distance runner and do alll of the above to keep healthy and detoxed.

water, juice’s, especially cranberry, and you could try fasting once a week also…and get moving again, sweat is a great detox

Do a weekend liquid diet with lots of water, gatorade, sprite, clear broth, jello and multi vitamins. Also a little miralax a few times a day (over the counter to flush out the system). Then, slowly start replacing your old diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and sandwiches with a multigrain bread instead of white. In other words eat healthy. Start exercising again. My son used to detox his body one a month for a weekend. It works. The doctor required it. Be sure to check with a doctor before you decide to do any type of diet.

A whole lot of water, around a gallon of water a day, each time you eat lunch , always eat a fruit salad, and take vitamins filled with vitamin c, drink cranberry juice to get the most vitamin c you can. Also you should sweat the toxins out of your body, you do not have to exercise, just do something that makes you sweat heavily, ie staying out in the sun, and take a healthy hobby, like plane spotting so you spend more time in the sun so you can sweat out all your toxins. Try taking up sports too, baseball, soccer etc.

Well there is another way….Its like a “shake”. You have to blend a slice of pineapple, cactus leaf, and a cup of water. It might taste a little slimmy but it works. Its a natural way to detox your body. You have to take it for 10days, every morning befor you eat.
