From veggie for 2 years, I have been vegan for about 2 weeks now, and I am noticing things like different digestion, sometimes tired after meals, especially in the morning, and once I got a headache out of nowhere? (I never get headaches). But tell me about what you experienced. !
What I eat: Breakfast; oatmeal with flax, rice protein powder, small P.B.&toast, and tea.
Lunch; mostly veggies, and fruit, sometimes a handful of nuts.
Dinner; A big protein, either beans, tempeh, veggie patty, a tofu dog, and a bit of fruits and/or veggies. Then some dark chocolate ๐
